About Regina
With 25 years of experience as a residential real estate professional in Panama City and Beaches market, I've been given a unique opportunity to work through many types of markets and provide Sellers and Buyers with the most up to date market data to maximize value while minimizing their stress.
All customers receive top tier marketing and customer service no matter the price point. Both buyers and sellers will benefit from my philosophy of getting to know my client's interests and values in order to understand both their short- and long-term goals when buying Real Estate. I am personally involved in all aspects of the sale including pricing and marketing strategies, contract negotiations, inspections, and all the way to closing. You will have access to an extensive network of Title Closers, Mortgage Lenders, Inspectors and more who work tirelessly to ensure that all transactions go smoothly.
The majority of my clients come through referrals from business and personal contacts. Consistently a top producer in my company, and multiple year member of Coldwell Banker's Sterling and Diamond Society of agents. I have earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, EPro and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
I truly love my career, and it shows in everything I do. My biggest sense of pride come when someone thinks of me for their real estate needs.
Another source of pride is my success in drag racing. While I love to travel, fish and read, nothing is more exhilarating than piloting my car to a World Championship in the Chevrolet Performance Series Rumble Class in 2022.
